Oliver’s Bistro is an extremely popular neighbourhood restaurant in Blackpool. Opening its doors in 2006 to locals and holiday makers alike, the restaurant’s growing reputation is now attracting diners from further afield than just Blackpool itself.

While only a five minute walk from the madness of the promenade and the famous Tower, Olivers offers you culinary excellence and personal attention in an all-too-often mass-market town.

Executive chef and patron Barrie Roberts has years of experience in four and five star kitchens, and he brings it all to the cuisine at Oliver’s. With his partner, Maria Noto, he offers a very high level of service throughout every dining experience. The a la carte menu features British and French dishes created from the freshest of ingredients, and range from complex dishes – like grilled fillet of sea bass with crab risotto, mussel and cockle tomato broth – to simple and beautifully prepared steaks.

The restaurant has 48 covers offering modern British cuisine and a comfortable bar for pre-and post diners drinks.
